The Opinel No 8 Outdoor Knife is an excellent small, folding outdoor knife. The Opinel No 8 features an 8.5 cm part-serrated blade manufactured from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel and The blade’s 3.5 cm serrated edge is ideal for cutting nautical or synthetic rope and the Outdoor Knife also incorporates a 4 to 10 mm shackle key.

Opinel’s Outdoor Knife also features a whistle, built into the handle which is perfect for signalling in emergency situations and can produce a sound of around 110 decibels. The knife’s handle is highly resistant to humidity and extreme temperature and will withstand a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.
