Ordering Air Rifles or Air Pistols? Please read the below.

Bagnall and Kirkwood Ltd is a Registered Firearms Dealer. In accordance to UK law, we are therefore able to sell air weapons and other restricted items to persons aged 18 or over. This means that if you purchase an air gun, sound moderator or other restricted product from us you must either:

COLLECT IN PERSON – You can collect in person in a ‘face-to-face’ transaction from our shop in Newcastle on production of ID. Please note that the person who purchases the item must be the person who collects the item from us. We are required by law to keep a record of the serial number of all air guns sold and the full details of the purchasing customer.

MAIL ORDER INSIDE LOCAL AREA – We can deliver airguns locally to areas around Newcastle. Please call us on 0191 2325873 during shop hours to discuss this or drop us an email.

MAIL ORDER OUTSIDE OF LOCAL AREA – Please note that we cannot use a courier to deliver the following restricted items to your home or works address; but we can arrange for them to be delivered to your local Registered Firearms, who will most likely charge you a fee for collection.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – At the moment we can not offer international postage on air weapons. However, we can post all other accessories.

This is in accordance with the 2006 VCR Bill which applies to all Registered Firearms Dealers.
